These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website majestickitchensanddecor.com (the "Site"), operated by Majestic Kitchens & Decor ("we", "us", "our"), 45, A.P. Colony, Gaya, Bihar 823001 (proprietor: Sangita Sinha). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About the Site

The Site is an online showroom and product catalogue for our modular kitchens, chimneys, hobs, cooktops, sinks, built-in appliances, water purifiers, home decor, and related products and services. It lets you browse products and either send us an enquiry on WhatsApp or, where available, create an account and place an order online. The online store is under active development (see the notice above) and is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

Products, prices, and availability

• While the online store is under construction, the catalogue shown is demonstration data: product descriptions, specifications, images, and prices are placeholders for general information only and may not reflect real, available products or current showroom prices. Treat all online prices as indicative until confirmed by us.
• Images are for illustration. Actual colours, finishes, dimensions, and inclusions may vary, and manufacturers may change designs without notice.
• All prices, where shown, are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes. Some products are listed as "price on enquiry".
• Availability is subject to stock. We may correct errors and add, change, or withdraw any product or price at any time without notice.

Enquiries and orders

• WhatsApp enquiry (no account, no payment): adding items to your cart and submitting the enquiry or checkout form opens WhatsApp with your details. This is an enquiry only, not a confirmed order, and creates no binding contract.
• Online order (where available): you may create an account, place an order, and pay online through our payment gateway. While the store is under construction this path may be incomplete or use demo data, so an online order is confirmed by us before it becomes binding.
• In every case, a sale is formed only when we confirm the item, final price, availability, and delivery, and you (or your accepted payment) complete the order. We may also accept payment at the showroom, on delivery, or by another agreed method.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes as shown at checkout.

Your cart

As a guest, your shopping cart is stored only in your own browser, on your device, and we are not responsible if it is lost (for example if you clear your browser data, switch device, or use a different browser). If you sign in, your cart and order history are saved to your account on our infrastructure so you can return to them.

Your account

To order online you may create an account with a username and password. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide, for keeping your password and recovery codes confidential, and for activity under your account. Please tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or close an account that is misused or that breaches these Terms.

Payments

Where online payment is available, it is processed by our third-party payment gateway (Razorpay). You enter your card, UPI, or banking details on the gateway's secure checkout; we do not see or store your full payment details, only a payment reference and your order. Your order is confirmed once payment is verified, and online payment is subject to the gateway's own terms.

Brands, trademarks, and warranties

Hindware, Kaff, Sunflame, Hettich, Hafele, and other brand names and logos shown on the Site are the trademarks of their respective owners. We are an authorised dealer and reseller of these brands and are not the manufacturer. Manufacturer warranties apply to brand products on the terms set by each manufacturer; we help you register and service valid warranty claims. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, we do not provide a separate warranty in addition to the manufacturer's warranty. Any reference to a brand does not imply its endorsement of this Site beyond our authorised dealership.

Delivery and installation

We offer delivery and installation across Gaya, Bodh Gaya, and the wider Magadh region, or as otherwise agreed. Delivery and installation timelines are estimates and may vary with stock, site readiness, and other factors.

Whether delivery and installation are included or chargeable, and their exact scope, are agreed with you at the time of confirmation. Installation assumes the site is ready, including any plumbing, electrical, and civil work, unless we agree to carry it out, and we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions at the site.

Cancellations, returns, and refunds

If you wish to cancel or change a confirmed order, please contact us as soon as possible. Whether a change, cancellation, or refund is possible depends on the stage of the order, whether the goods are made to order or already dispatched or installed, and the manufacturer's policy. Branded goods that develop a fault within the warranty period are handled under the manufacturer's warranty. Custom and made-to-order items (such as modular kitchens cut or built to your measurements) generally cannot be returned once production has begun, except where the law requires otherwise. Any refund that is due is made through the original or a mutually agreed method within a reasonable time. Nothing here limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law.

Intellectual property

The design, layout, text, graphics, and the "Majestic Kitchens & Decor" name and monogram on the Site are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our written permission. (The Site was built by Shuunnya Solutions.)

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site. In particular, you agree not to attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or scrape or harvest its content for unauthorised purposes.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including under consumer protection law.

Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services (such as Google Maps and WhatsApp). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, terms, or practices.

Force majeure

We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, strikes, supplier or manufacturer delays, transport disruptions, power or network outages, or actions of public authorities.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts continue in full effect.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gaya, Bihar.
